WHO  TRANSIT by the road that connects Santa Marta with Minca, may receive assistance from the road team of Ruta del Sol II.

The Ruta del Sol II concession provides the service 24 hours a day, on the highway from the Eleventh of November sector, to the Minca corregimiento, where it has been reported that the average ambulance transfer is between 70 and 80 monthly.

Likewise, more than 500 transfers have been made by crane from the road that connects Santa Marta with the corregimiento of Minca.

The roadside assistance service has 2 ambulances each with a driver and nurse; 1 car workshop for attention to travelers; 5 cranes of which 4 will be of slab; 1 rescue unit to safeguard lives against any accident and 1 inspection car with a supervisor, in charge of monitoring procedures and directing, organizing and coordinating the work of the team that provides the services in the 15-kilometer stretch of the road.

All of the above is part of an agreement between the Governorate of Magdalena and the Ruta del Sol that contemplates civil works on the highway, until the year 2021; which will be supervised by the motorized official who will travel from November 11 to Minca. This official will be responsible for ensuring the conservation of the road.
